Approach

Hukoomi - Wireframe

Wireframe for web portal

With 4 months on-site, I led the user experience track to organize more than 1000 government topics & e-services for the web portal, and creating the entire web portal interface. The portal also includes a logged-in citizen area. Presented the sitemap, content inventory, and wireframes to group of stakeholders while collaborating with system analyst on interface adjustments. Several target audience groups were created based on user research.

Hukoomi - design

Web Portal Visual Design

Leading a visual team and front-end development team, I worked closely with to oversee the creative direction in visual design as well as accessibility. We developed a fresh but consistent new branding for the government of Qatar that were well-received in the country.

Hukoomi - MIDP application

MIDP application

User research and business requirements indicate that not only mobile portal is needed, but a MIDP application was necessary to deliver e-services straight to older phones. Designing the MIDP application allows for broader range of customers to access the government services.

On the content track, a content collection plan was developed to verify, collect, and renew content from dozens of government agencies and organizations. The content collection workflow was carried out by 4 bilingual editors and planned for long-term content lifecycle. The content template was structured to provide clear information to all users, in both English and Arabic.

Usability analysis was provided for the government e-services in hope to develop a more comprehensive experience for end users.
