eHealth Suite provides modern, web-based platforms for both healthcare providers and national healthcare authorities. eHealth’s efficient functionalities include National Health Record (NHR), Electronic Medical Record (EMR) and Hospital Information System (HIS). This massive web system is used by hospitals and clinics in multiple countries in northern Europe.

Approach

I worked along product owners for dental and radiation suite to create new interfaces to fit into the existing interface without disruption to existing users. At the same time analyzing data requirements to best serve the complicated workflow and enormous information.

A continuous effort of UX improvements were done to the developed and working system. Pattern library was developed to ease analysis process and system-wide function implementation.
