Bell - the sole telecommunication sponsor for the 2010 Olympics in Vancouver.
In an effort to handle all telecommunication orders for the game, Bell needed an Enterprise Rate Card system with an automated provisioning to process all the orders.

I worked with the Business Analysts to connect the business needs to the technical.
Alongside with the project manager, client business analysts, and the developers, I developed the systematic design requirements for both the business and development end. Over 500 pages of wireframes and process flow diagrams were produced and delivered.
User experience workshops and requirement gathering meetings were held directly with the client.

My performance was well received both internally and by the client.
